Rheanne Dodson Falkner is a partner of Miller and Falkner. After spending many years of her career representing some of the largest companies throughout Kentucky and Indiana, Rheanne took that experience, skill and training obtained from defending large companies and put it to use pursuing the rights of injured individuals when she joined Miller and Falkner. Today Rheanne Falkner’s practice focuses upon trial work in personal injury litigation, employment and labor-related litigation, medical negligence, motor vehicle accident litigation, defective products litigation, racial discrimination, hostile workplace/ environment litigation, sexual harassment, and Family Medical Leave Act litigation.

Rheanne attended the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, graduating in 1997 with honors. Rheanne is admitted to practice before the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the state of Indiana, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United Stated District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky and the Southern District of Indiana. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association, and the American and Kentucky Associations of Trial Attorneys.

Born in Owensboro, Kentucky Rheanne Falkner grew up in Bowling Green, Kentucky before moving to Louisville. She graduated from Ballard High School and the University of Louisville.
