Rheanne Dodson Falkner is a partner of Miller & Falkner, an employment and personal injury law firm serving the people of Kentucky and Indiana. Earlier in her career, she spent six years working for Louisville-area firms representing large companies in litigation cases. Since joining Miller & Falkner in 2003, she has put that experience to use as a Kentucky personal injury attorney, protecting the rights of injured individuals. Her practice focuses exclusively on representing the rights of people, not companies or insurers. She devotes at least ninety percent of her practice to litigation.

Experienced Personal Injury & Employment Law Advocacy

Rheanne believes in using her knowledge and understanding of the law to help people who have suffered injury because of someone else’s carelessness or wrongful acts, as well as people who have experienced discrimination or harassment on the job. The experience she gained defending large companies throughout Kentucky and Indiana makes her a formidable advocate for the rights of injured and wronged individuals.

Helping Personal Injury Victims Seek Justice

In the personal injury arena, Rheanne represents people who have suffered injuries due to other people’s negligent, reckless, or even unlawful conduct in recovering compensation for their losses. People owe a duty of care to others in many situations. If a person breaches this duty of care in a way that causes someone injury, they can be held liable to the victim for negligence. Damages in a personal injury case might include medical bills, lost wages, future treatment needs, and compensation for pain and suffering. Rheanne’s personal injury practice includes medical negligence, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and negligence, and other types of cases involving injury to people who are sick or vulnerable. Rheanne also represents clients in automobile accident litigation, trucking accident litigation, defective products litigation, slip-and-fall cases, and other premises liability litigation.

Fighting for Employee Rights

In her employment and labor law practice, Rheanne advocates for workers’ rights under the state and federal laws that protect them from discrimination and other adverse actions, and that allow them to assert claims related to working conditions, wages, and other aspects of their employment. She represents clients in claims for employment discrimination and workplace harassment, Family Medical Leave Act litigation, sexual harassment and retaliation. She also handles labor law matters related to union rights, collective bargaining, and activities protected by the National Labor Relations Act.
